Security Settings
Enable Security - Enables or disables system-wide security.
Visual Punch Confirmation - Selects option to give an on-screen message when employees punch in or out.
Enable Audio Punch Alarms (Bad cards and Late/early messages) - Activates audio messages when Employees "punch" in/out. (See Audio Confirmations)
Enable Auto Logout XX Hours after Punch In - If checked, Time and Attendance will automatically punch employees out after the number of hours entered here. This is most beneficial to those companies whose employees can start at variable hours, but are not paid for over time. (NOTE: If you pay your employees over-time, do not enable this option.)
Enable Employees to View and Print their Punch In Report - If unchecked, the Employee Punch In/Out Detailed and Summary Report options will not be shown on the main screen under the Reports menu.
Enable employees to view and Print their Final Posted Report - If unchecked, the Employee Posted Time Report will not be shown on the main screen under the Reports menu.
Enable Employees to change Their Password - If unchecked, the Change Password options will not be shown on the main screen under the Control menu.
Employees may swipe in and out more one time during each scheduled shift. (This will disable early punch out messages.)
