All Posted Employees' Time - Generates a punch in/out report for the entire company over a selected period of time.
Selected Employee's Time - Generates a punch in/out report of one employee at a time over a selected period of time.
When you select the "All Posted Employees' Time" reports, you will first be presented with the standard Date Range dialog box, as shown below:
Select the Start Date and End Date that you want to have reported and click on the "OK" button.
When you select "Selected Employee's Time" report, you will first be presented with Select Date Range dialog box, as shown below:
Select the Employee that you want a report of and select the Start Date and End Date that you want to have reported and click on the "OK" button.
