Edit Employees Time

From the "Edit Employees Time" screen, a Department Supervisor should review and adjust his/her Employees Punch In/Out events as necessary before the approval and submittal process is completed.

 

 

 

Editing Events

 

The Supervisor first selects an Employee to edit from the "Employee's Name" drop down listing.  Next the Supervisor will select the event to be edited and then click on the "Edit Time" button.  After clicking on the "Edit Time" button, the "Enter Edit Time" screen, shown below will appear, from which the event may be edited.

 

 

By use of the "Enter Edit Time" screen, the supervisor may

 

 

Click on the "Apply" button when your changes are complete, or click on the "Exit" button to close the "Enter Edit Time" screen without making any changes.
