Submit Employees Time for Posting
NOTE: Before you can post Employees Time, you must already have submitted your Employees time for posting.
Before posting, you should also have reviewed and edited as necessary all of your Employees' accumulated time, because the number of hours that you will post will be submitted to your payroll system.
When you click on "Submit Employees Time for Posting" menu option, you will be prompted to select the date range that you want to post, as shown below:
After you click on the "OK" button, you will see the "Submit Employees Time for Posting" screen shown below.
Before actually posting to your accounting system, you should carefully review and edit as necessary the accumulated hours for each of your Employees.
To edit an employee's time before it is posted to your accounting/payroll system, double-click on the Employee's name that you need to edit. When you double-click on a Employee's name, the following dialog box will be displayed into which you enter the correct number of hours for that Employee. In this example, we are adjusting highlighted Employee's time from 22.98 actual hours logged in, to 22.0 hours payable for the selected pay period.
The corrected Pre-Post Hours that we have just entered will be displayed as shown below.
