Messages

From the Company Info - Messages screen you may set up custom messages which will be displayed on the screen of the computer hosting Y.E.S.! Time and Attendance™ whenever an employee punches in late, punches in early or punches out early.

NOTE: Messages configured from this screen will only be display when the respective "Enable" check box has been checked and the empooyee has a schedule for that day (see Schedule Employees).

There is a grace period setting which will disable the early punch in and late punch in messages. Although the grace period disables these messages, the tardy report will still report the event..

These messages will be shown on the computer screen as each employee "swipes" in.
