Employee photographs may be captured with either scanning existing employee provided photographs or driver's licenses or by taking your own digital photographs. Follow the instructions that came with your equipment to save the graphic files to your hard drive.
Once you have your photograph(s) saved on your computer, click on either the "Select Employee Picture" or "Select Default Picture" buttons on the "Employee Swipe Cards" tab of the "Employees" screen. The following dialog box will then be presented to you. Browse to the directory into which you have saved your photographs, and select the images that you want to use. In the right-hand window you will see a preview of the image that you currently have selected. When you have selected the image that you want to use, click on the "OK" button.
