Overview

• YukonSoft’s WebMail can be configured and monitored using any web browser
• User-friendly interface makes it easy to self-administer multiple accounts. This will limit calls you need to make to YukonSoft for email changes.

Administrative Interface

• Administrator can create, rename, remove and forward email accounts and groups
• Each account has its own settings, where the administrator can setup aliases, set access rights, and create mailing lists for an account
• There is an account template to save time when multiple users with similar settings need to be added
• Domain settings tab so that the administrator can view maximum number of accounts and space available. The default is 25 accounts and 7Mb limit per account, or a total of 150MB
• Web-messaging capacities
• Everyone has Virus Scanning by McAfee which can scan up to 10,000 messages/hr

User Interface

• The interface structure has a familiar feel similar to Outlook
• User can create, rename and remove multiple mailboxes (folders)
• Can send and receive messages with attachments
• Messages can be copied or forwarded from one mailbox or address to another
• Other features include address book, vacation message, publicly available personal data, and user can change own personal password
