eBay® Auction Scheduler

This section will explain how to schedule the posting of multiple items to eBay®.

You may schedule multiple items to be posted to eBay® through the Y.E.S.!™eBay® auction wizard.  The first step is to add your items to the wizard one at a time in the usual fashion. At the last step, when you click on the "Finish" button, at the prompt, "Do you wish to post this item to eBay® now?",  answer NO.  This will place this posting in a queue of items that can be scheduled.  You can add as many other items to the queue as you desire before configuring the scheduler.

When you click on "No", you will see the following message.

At this point, the items are not actually scheduled, they are only available for scheduling.  To schedule these items, go to the "Tasks" menu within the Y.E.S.!™eBay® Wizard and click on "Go To Schedule."  You should now see the "Schedule Items to be Posted" screen, as shown below.

From the calendar on the left you can display items that were placed in the schedule on that day.  The panel on the right hand side of the screen "Schedule Details" will display the items that were scheduled on the date selected.  To add the items which you have just placed in the queue to the schedule, click on the "Add" button.  This will open the "Schedule Items" screen, shown below.

Selection of Items:

You can select a range of multiple items by selecting the first item, holding down the SHIFT key and then selecting the last item.  

You may select more than one item, without selecting an entire block of items by holding down the "CONTROL" key (CTRL) and then individually selecting multiple items.

From the calendar on the right hand side of this screen you can select the date that the posting will take place.

Buttons on this screen:

Select Start Time - This is the time that all of  the selected items are scheduled to be posted to eBay®.

Delete Item - Clicking on this button will delete the high lighted item(s) from the scheduler.  You will be prompted for confirmation before the deletion actually takes place.

Add to Schedule - Clicking on this button will add the selected item(s) to the schedule for the date selected.

Close - Clicking on this button will close this screen without taking any action.

Once you have clicked on "Add to Schedule", you may close this screen.  The items that you have just scheduled should now appear on the "Scheduled Items to be Posted" screen on the date that you scheduled them to be posted.

To begin the posting process, close the "Schedule Items to be Posted" screen, and go to the "Tasks" menu.  Click on "Start Schedule Timer".  At this point you can minimize the Y.E.S.!™eBay® Wizard and continue with your other work.
