Step 3. Taxes to be Collected. From this screen, you can establish a new or select an existing name to describe the specific tax you are assigning. This is a descriptive name for you to remember, such as "County." The specific tax collecting agency will be identified in Step 4.
To add a new descriptive name for this tax, click in the text field and enter the new descriptive name.
To edit an existing descriptive name, select the tax name from the list box.
