There are three (3) options available from this screen:
Select a Picture - Clicking on this button will open a standard windows dialog box from which you can navigate to any valid (*.jpg, *.jpeg, *.jif) image file.
NOTE 1: Any picture that you select will automatically be re-sized and compressed for optimum viewing on your website.
NOTE
2: Although your Microsoft Windows computer may allow you to use
them, file names on your web server
should NOT contain any special characters
(e.g., any non-alphanumeric character, including spaces [ ], dashes [-],
underlines [_], percents [%], quotes ["], apostrophes ['], asterisks
[*], extra periods, backslashes or the string "%20") as they
can be interpreted differently in the various operating systems and browsers
in use around the world. In
addition, although the ISO 9600 standard allows underscores [_], their
use should be discouraged due to their tendency to blend in when listed
as a hot link.
Rename
any such files before selecting them. If you have already selected
such files, RE-NAME them and then RE-SELECT them before uploading to your
website. Although pictures containing these characters will appear within
the Y.E.S.!
Do Not Use a Picture - Clicking on this button will remove the association any picture with the currently selected item.
NOTE: Clicking this button will not delete the actual image file.
Include a thumbnail of this picture on this item's category page (checkbox). Placing a check in the corresponding box will enable Y.E.S.!™ to create a thumbnail sized version of this image and display it on the Category web page that contains this item. If the box is NOT checked, no thumbnail will appear on the Category web page for this item.
The name of the currently selected Inventory Item will be shown below the thumbnail checkbox.
