To access this report, click on "Reports" from the main menu, and select "Item" and "Items by Vendors"
The report displays each item's name, barcode number, short and long description, whether it is being sold on your web site, the category name, your vendor for this item, the unit of measure (UOM), the item's shipping weight, whether the item is taxable, the tax rule applied (if applicable), whether this item is "Inactive," your other custom fields (if applicable), whether you currently track option quantities for this item, your quantity on hand, the re-order point, past quantity sold, your list or base price (without options), lowest price, and your base cost (without options).
If you have established Bulk Level Pricing for an item, your pricing levels will be shown.
If you have established Options for an item, one of the following will appear:
If an item has options, but you are not tracking quantities based on Option Combinations, a section will be displayed for the item detailing the option name(s), each option's selectable values, the associated additional charges and additional costs for each. The bottom of this section of the report will display the sum of the average values of each option for additional charges and costs.
If you are tracking quantities based on the Option Combinations of an item, a section will be displayed detailing the Option Combinations for the item including the barcode number and barcode, the option's charge, cost (in the grey line area), re-order point, current quantity in stock for each option combination, and the Total Item cost and Price which includes the option charges and the base price (in the grey line area).
The end of each item section displays the total value of your inventory for this item (including base price and options if applicable) at your cost and at list price.
The end of each vendor's section, is a current snapshot of your inventory values for the items supplied by the vendor. Listed is the total value of your inventory from this vendor at your list price, at your lowest price and at your cost.
The end of the report provides a current snapshot of your total inventory values from all vendors. Listed at the bottom is the total value of your inventory at your List Price, at your cost, and the difference (your profit in dollars).
