FedEx Shipper

The Y.E.S.!™ FedEx® Shipper screen automates the process of preparing the necessary paperwork for making a FedEx® shipment, as well as obtain current shipping cost information, track and manage shipments and send shipment notifications to your Customers.  

The FedEx® Shipper screen provides access to Z-Firm's™ ShipRush® 2 shipping application for FedEx™.   ShipRush® is NOT a product of the YukonSoft Corporation.  This product is a separate download available from the Z-Firm website, and is not installed by Y.E.S.!™.   Download the 4 MB ShipRush® Demo for FedEx®, and NOT the 11MB UPS® Demo.  You will be able to run the ShipRush® application for 15 days before you will have to purchase a license to continue to use ShipRush®.  ShipRush® is licensed on a subscription basis.  Your purchase activates ShipRush® for one year and includes all updates & upgrades during activation period.  Renewal is at a discounted price.

The ShipRush® application contains its' own Help system.  Consult the ShipRush® Help file for detailed information on using ShipRush®.

Recipients Address - This screen summarizes the information that will be passed to the ShipRush® application and shows information returned from FedEx® after a shipment is initiated.  If you need to make changes in any of the information that will be sent to  FedEx®, you can change it either on this screen or on the ShipRush® screen.  (Changes made on the "Process Sale" screen will not be saved.)

 

Shipping Details - On this screen you can enter the package specific information, such as size, weight, method of shipping, type of package and declared value for insurance or customs purposes.  This information may also be entered directly on the ShipRush® form which will appear when you click on the "Process Shipment" button.

Once you have purchased a subscription to ShipRush®, you can enter your registration Serial Number in the box labeled "User's Serial Number".  This serial number, if valid, will take ShipRush® out of "Demo Mode."

 

Result - On this screen will be displayed the information received from FedEx®.  This information includes Tracking Number, Charges, Discounts, Error Messages, etc.

 

Viewing Window - The ShipRush®  Wizard will be displayed within the "Viewing Window."

 

MENUS: There are three (3) main menus on the FedEx® Shipper screen.

File

Exit - Closes this screen without taking any action.

Tasks

Recent Shipments - Will display a report of recent FedEx shipments.

Closing End of day - Will display a report of today's shipments.

Setup

Wizard - Starts the ShipRush® configuration Wizard.

Settings - Brings up the ShipRush® Settings screen, shown below.
