Customers General

The General tab of the Customers screen contains basic contact information for each customer, such as name, phone number, email address, company name, credit limit, payment terms, etc.

 

The left side of the screen displays a listing of your existing Customers, and their Outstanding Balances.  These columns may be sorted by clicking on the column heading.  To adjust the width of each column, click and hold on the column separator and move it left or right accordingly.

To add or edit information, click on the corresponding field and type the information.

To change or establish payment terms for the selected Customer, click in the combo box of the "Payment Terms" field, and select from the Payment Terms options.
